School Portraits does not sell, trade or share organisational data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes, nor do we use such data in any way not related to the purposes authorised by the organisation.

School Portraits keeps all its electronic and physical data, such as photographs and customer information, physically locked up and passworded.

School Portraits has implemented safeguards designed to protect against unauthorised access and disclosures of personal information and photographs under its control, including appropriate technical, physical and administrative safeguards and security measures.

Please be aware that websites that link to the School Portraits site, such as Fotomerchant, Microsoft One Drive and Shopify, may collect personal information about you. You should consult the privacy policies of these other sites as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

The only information School Portraits have is provided by the schools that book us. This is normally your child’s first and last name, parents first and last name, email and mobile phone number.

School Portraits will keep backups of photos taken for at least three years in at least two backup locations, on passworded and physically locked hard drives. Please contact us if you’d like your child’s photos deleted and we will ensure it is done.

School Portraits takes all reasonable action to not unnecessarily release class photos with child identification information to anyone other than the families of the class that the child attends.
